- Sautéing the Aromatics: Heat 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter in a pan. Add ½ tsp cumin seeds, ½ cup chopped onion, and 2 green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn golden.
- Adding Spices: Mix in 1 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, and ½ tsp salt.
- Tomato Base: Add 1 chopped tomato and 2 tbsp water. Cook until the tomato softens.
- Milk and Flavor: Pour in 1 cup milk and cook for 3–4 minutes.
- Enhancing the Flavor: Add 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste and ½ tsp garam masala. Stir well.
- Paneer and Kasoori Methi: Add 100 gm crumbled paneer and 1 tsp kasoori methi. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Cream and Coriander: Mix in 1 tbsp cream and 1 tbsp coriander leaves.
- Cheese Melt: Top with mozzarella cheese, extra butter, and extra cream. Cover the pan until the cheese melts beautifully.
