Ingredients
  

  • Paneer: 100 gm crumbled
  • Oil: 1 tbsp
  • Butter: 1 tbsp + extra for garnish
  • Cumin Seeds: ½ tsp
  • Onion: ½ cup chopped
  • Green Chilies: 2
  • Red Chili Powder: 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder: ½ tsp
  • Coriander Powder: ½ tsp
  • Cumin Powder: ½ tsp
  • Salt: ½ tsp
  • Tomato: 1 chopped
  • Water: 2 tbsp
  • Milk: 1 cup
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala: ½ tsp
  • Kasoori Methi: 1 tsp
  • Cream: 1 tbsp + extra for garnish
  • Coriander Leaves: 1 tbsp
  • Mozzarella Cheese: As required

Method
 

  1. Sautéing the Aromatics: Heat 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter in a pan. Add ½ tsp cumin seeds, ½ cup chopped onion, and 2 green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn golden.
  2. Adding Spices: Mix in 1 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, and ½ tsp salt.
  3. Tomato Base: Add 1 chopped tomato and 2 tbsp water. Cook until the tomato softens.
  4. Milk and Flavor: Pour in 1 cup milk and cook for 3–4 minutes.
  5. Enhancing the Flavor: Add 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste and ½ tsp garam masala. Stir well.
  6. Paneer and Kasoori Methi: Add 100 gm crumbled paneer and 1 tsp kasoori methi. Cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Cream and Coriander: Mix in 1 tbsp cream and 1 tbsp coriander leaves.
  8. Cheese Melt: Top with mozzarella cheese, extra butter, and extra cream. Cover the pan until the cheese melts beautifully.
