Ingredients
- 2 cups besan (gram flour)
- 1 cup ghee
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp chopped almonds
Instructions
- Heat ghee in a heavy-bottom pan.
- Add besan and roast on low flame till golden and aromatic.
- Turn off the flame, allow to cool slightly.
- Mix in sugar, cardamom, and almonds.
- Shape into round ladoos while warm.
