Ingredients
  

For Green Peas Paste:
  • 2 Cups Boiled Green Peas
  • 2-3 Green Chilies
  • 1 Inch Chopped Ginger
  • Coriander leaves
  • To Make Cutlet:
  • 4 Mid-Size Boiled Mashed Potatoes
  • Green Peas Paste
  • 1 Cup Poha
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ Tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt As Per Taste
  • 2-3 Tbsp Finely Chopped Onion
  • 2-3 Tbsp Grated Carrots
  • ½ Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • Some Bread Crumbs

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl add mashed potatoes, green peas paste, soaked poha, cumin seeds, chaat masala, red chili powder, garam masala, salt a per taste.
  2. Add some chopped onion, grated carrots, chopped coriander leaves, combine well making sure a dough is formed.
  3. Prepare a small ball sized cutlet, further coat with bread crumbs all sides.
  4. Now deep fry or shallow fry, in hot oil.
  5. Fry on mid-flame flipping occasionally till it turns golden brown.
  6. Finely, enjoy matar poha cutlet with coriander chutney or tomato sauce.
