In a large mixing bowl add mashed potatoes, green peas paste, soaked poha, cumin seeds, chaat masala, red chili powder, garam masala, salt a per taste.
Add some chopped onion, grated carrots, chopped coriander leaves, combine well making sure a dough is formed.
Prepare a small ball sized cutlet, further coat with bread crumbs all sides.
Now deep fry or shallow fry, in hot oil.
Fry on mid-flame flipping occasionally till it turns golden brown.
Finely, enjoy matar poha cutlet with coriander chutney or tomato sauce.
