Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups corn kernels
  • 1 cup shelled edamame
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add corn kernels and edamame to the skillet, stirring occasionally, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the sauce over the corn and edamame, stirring to combine.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Serve the sweet garlic corn and edamame bowls hot and enjoy!

Notes

You can add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
